To provide students and faculties at Clarendon College, a multilevel academic institution in Roxas, Oriental Mindoro access to various science and technology resources to help in their education, the DOST Provincial Science and Technology Center in Oriental Mindoro (PSTC- Oriental Mindoro) provided and installed STARBOOKS software or Science & Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly-Operated Kiosk Station to the institution last July 30, 2021. The STARBOOKS is set to benefit more than 1,800 students and 76 faculties of the college.

PSTC-Oriental Mindoro is also set to conduct training on operations and maintenance of the STARBOOKS this August to provide the school information on the system’s operations and maintenance, methods of accessing contents, and monitoring of users.
