The employee will perform the following duties and responsibilities in full-time:

  2. Coordinates with the Provincial S&T Centers regularly to monitor the status of SETUP Projects.
  3. Serves as record custodian of the Section/Unit.
  4. Serves as the Secretariat of the Regional Technical Evaluation Committee.
  5. Collates/Prepares documentary requirements and reports for submission related to SETUP Projects.
  6. Monitors and updates SETUP Client Refund Record.
  7. Assists in the preparation of accomplishment/progress and financial reports.
  8. Consolidates submission of consultancy lists from the provinces and submits the same for approval.
  9. Forwards inception reports to Provincial S&T Centers for reference.
  10. Process service payments of consultants.

  1. Receives and reviews all incoming documents – PR, WO/PO, quotation, etc. coming from all end users and suppliers;
  2. Facilitates the approval of Purchase Request by Budget and RD; and PO/WO by Accounting and RD or Sir Bob;
  3. Scans all procurement documents for approval of RD;
  4. Drafts answers/reply to the comments/questions of RD regarding the documents for approval e.q. PR and WO;
  5. Relays and coordinates to end user’s comments/questions of RD that is beyond the capacity to answer such directly
  6. Scans and emails back all approved outgoing documents to end users;
  7. Updates and monitors the online spreadsheet (PR, PO/WO, IAR, PAR/ICS);

  9. Prepares request for quotation and sends it to suppliers;
  10. Consolidates request for quotation into abstract of canvass for approval of end user and BAC members;
  11. Prepares purchase order or work order for approval of accounting and RD or Sir Bob;
  12. Emails approved PO/WO to supplier for conforme; if RO procured;
  13. Coordinates with end user conformed PO/WO by supplier for onward submission to COA;
  14. Submits procurement documents (conformed PO/WO) to COA within the agreed timeline;
  15. Coordinates and follows-up with supplier request for quotation and delivery of suppliers or materials;
  16. Prepares all requisitions and documentations of procured supplies, materials and equipment for the Regional Office and PSTCs;
  17. Facilitates the receipt, inspection, acceptance, and issuance of delivered supplies and materials;
  18. Prepares and maintains supplier records e.g. information sheet, evaluation sheet, etc. for items procured below PhP 50,000.00; an
  19. Assists in the conduct of inventory of supplies and materials;
  20. Prepares the monthly report of supplies and materials issued (MRSMI) for submission to Accounting;
  21. Regular updating and keeping of records of all semi-expandable supplies/materials/equipment of all Regional Office and PSTCs staff and employees;
  22. Tracks and monitors movement of supplies and materials – from delivery to issuance;
  23. Facilitates issuance of supplies and materials requested by the RO end-user;
  24. Prepares and facilitates RO meals and supplies & materials purchase request and its
