The employee will perform the following duties and responsibilities in full-time:

  1. Reviews DVs as to completeness of authorized signatories;
  2. Receives approved Disbursement Vouchers;
  3. Prepares checks by fund;
  4. Prepares Advice of Checks Issued & Cancelled (ACIC) thru eMDS;
  5. Prepares LDDAP-ADA for Internal Creditors using eMDS Facility;
  6. Submits/forwards LDDAP-ADA to LBP
  7. Issues OR for payments (SETUP, Bidding Documents, etc);
  8. Prepares deposit slips, list of deposited collection, and deposits collections to the ADGB;
  9. Updates spreadsheet of status of payments;
  10. Prepares payrolls FINDES permanent and contractual employees;
  11. Encodes/Prepares Monthly Reports (RAAF, CRR, RCI, RADAI, and MRDC);
  12. Receives and uploads remittance file at eBCS monthly or if necessary;
  13. Prepares payslip of permanent employees;
  14. Prepares Document Transmittal Slip for submission to LBP; and
  15. Performs other related functions as may be required by higher authorities from time to time.

The employee will perform the following duties and responsibilities in full-time:

  1. Analyzes the institution’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements;
  2. Designs and implements strategies to align with institutional goals;

  1. Develop an AI-based application system to analyze and provide a predictive assessment of flood hazard based on the data transmitted by the weather monitoring stations;
  2. Develop a mobile application system which will be use by recipient communities
  3. to monitor flood hazards and updates from the weather monitoring system;
  4. Develop related web and/or mobile applications as required by the office;
  5. Develop manual of the applications (web and mobile);
  6. Provide training to end-users (communities and local authorities);
  7. Coordinate closely to project team regarding concerns on the upgrade / update on the system developed;
  8. Administer the existing information systems developed / adopted by the office;
  9. Assist in all other IT-related functions relevant to the operations of the office; and
